To begin with, the package arrived in an open bag, devoid of any protective box, which immediately raised concerns about the product's safety during transit. While the glasses themselves are visually appealing, the quality is not what I expected from a brand like OAKLEY. The materials feel cheap, notably the plastic, which doesn't seem to align with the premium image associated with this brand. The primary concern, however, is a manufacturing defect. There is a small piece of nylon trapped between the lenses and the frame. Try as I might, I can't remove it, and it's a constant annoyance every time I wear the sunglasses. It's disappointing to receive a product that hasn’t undergone proper quality checks before dispatch. Moreover, I have reached out to the seller and Amazon's customer service several times seeking a resolution or at least an acknowledgment of the issue. Sadly, I've yet to receive any response.
