A little obnoxious, but easily my favorite sunglasses. Almost weightless and the lens is big enough that you never see the frame. The spring in the earpieces holds nicely without applying pressure. If you haven't tried prizm lenses, you're not living. They make the world look like a better place.

I've used, nearly exclusively, the Flak Jacket XLJ polarized sunglasses for years. They are simply the best I've ever owned. Excellent in every way. If I had to, I can always replace the lenses. I ride motorcycles, and work on airplanes. Even in hot environments, they stay in place, and are very comfortable. I wish Luxottica was still making the Oakley Flak Jacket XLJ polarized sunglasses. I've tried other new versions since, and it's not the same. I'm just glad that I can still order them on Amazon if necessary. And really, the only time it's been necessary, is when I recently lost a pair on a boat dive in Curacao. I had that pair I lost for probably 6 or more years, I don't remember when I actually bought time initially. ... show more

    • Great glasses, great price
Really like these glasses. From the website photos I thought the grey frame might be too light but it is not. I also thought the racing stripes would be a little bit loud but was pleasantly surprised that it isn't. The +Red Iridium lenses are awesome, they give good coverage with nearly no light sneaking around the sides, bottom or top. The fit my face well and using the additional nose pads they sit correctly on bridge of my nose. My only gripe is that they are not polarized. I ordered replacement polarized lensed for these frames. They weren't Oakley brand but a cheaper third party lens designed to fit these frames. I could definitely tell a difference between the Oakley lenses and the third party lenses. I felt a little bit dizzy looking through the third party lenses. I quickly switched back to the original Oakley lenses and returned the third party lenses. Obvious knock off, but I have owned 4-5 of this exact model and frankly it is comparable in function. Not worth the price tag, neither is Oakley.
