This concentrated, highly effective body moistureizer heals, relieves and repairs extremely dry, itchy skin. When Used Daily, O’Keeffe’s Skin Repair is clinically proven to: Provide instant relief Moisturize and protect against dryness for 48 Hours Help prevent flare ups associated with dry, itchy skin Absorb quickly into your skin Last through showering Safe and Effective for skin that is impacted by Diabetes and Eczema. Directions: Apply a small amount to dry skin - it's all you need. Reapply as needed throughout the day. Note: Packaging may vary between yellow or white bottles. Dispensing Tips: Our body moisturizer is highly concentrated and thicker than many other lotions. If you experience any difficulty in getting the product to dispense with the pump you may want to try the following: Shake the bottle to redistribute the lotion. Unscrew the cap and lift the entire pump out of the bottle a bit, then set it back on the bottle and screw the cap back on so it is tight and does not move. This is putting air back in the bottle which helps in releasing the pump to dispense the lotion. It may also take extra priming of the pump to draw the lotion up into the straw for dispensing.

I went through my bathroom and I counted 14 different types of lotion. This is by far the most effective for my dry itching skin. I do not have eczema or anything, but my skin gets so itchy sometimes that I can scratch it raw. I have been using this on my arms and legs for a week at bedtime and I see a huge difference in my skin. It is visibly more moist and feels softer. Like I said I put it on at bed time and in the morning I can still feel it working. It is not greasy at all, it is very thick and you really need to rub it in. Also it is labeled scent free and it is actually scent free! I hate “scent free” products that have weird chemical or medical smells. This has a very very faint scent that I can smell if I really try when I pump it out, but once it is rubbed in there is no scent at all. I am so happy with this purchase. Side note: I also purchased the working hands and working feet overnight lotions by O’keefes and I have been using them with this body lotion. My hands get so dry that the knuckles crack and the skin around my fingers peel, and my feet also peel. I have had the same success with these other two lotions. My hands haven’t itches for days and the skin is healing. My feet still get itchy at night but the skin stopped peeling so over all I recommend all three products. ... show more

I have eczema and sensitive skin. After I shower, my skin is dry and itchy. This stuff? Amazing!!! No negative reaction whatsoever, and my skin is happy. The bonus is I don't need to reapply it after every shower, making it last significantly longer. It's thicker than most lotions, and a little bit goes a long way. It's on the reasons why I love this brand. I use their foot and hand lotions, and my is thrilled abut that. Just make sure you don't use a lot of it because applying it will require more work to rub it in. Too much will also make your skin a little sticky, just like their other products. Again, a little bit goes a long way. The only thing I don't care for is the bottle design. The pump only works so well, and then I have to shake the container, lid removed, to get the rest. There's more than a quarter cup that gets left behind. I cut the top half off after the pump can't reach more, and just scrape out how much I need. This cream doesn’t have an luscious, aromatic scent like the millions of other brands I’ve used before, or some cute & clever dispenser. But what it does have is the ability to immediately soothe and improve the skin on my legs, neck and chest. Those are my driest areas, every where else is a breeze. It is definitely thick and a bit goopy, however it dries fast leaving a nice, smooth, gorgeous result. My skin feels moist & looks fabulous. I still plan on using those other scented creams from time-to-time because I enjoy the way my body smells. But this brand will definitely be my base coat to always put on first. Anyone's skin can really struggle in the dry, cold, windy climate during Colorado winters. My skin, well, it can actually crack in certain places, no matter how much I moisturize it. I have been though dozens of moisturizers, many of which pride themselves on on being "light" and "fast absorbing". The problem is they don't work. O'Keeffe's Skin Repair is the first product that actually, truly works for me. It is thicker than the competitor lotions (that's what's actually needed for truly harsh climates), it absorbs more slowly (again, a positive) and it has repaired some of my most damaged skin during this winter and kept it healthy. Thank you O'Keeffe's for thinking outside of the box and trying not to emulate the rest of the industry priding themselves on light and fast absorbing formulas that may sound or market well, but don't actually work well. A while ago I started getting a rash similar to dermatitis. I had dry patches that wouldn't go away and it was disturbing because I've always had clear porcelain-like skin. They started out looking like hives and due to Covid, I wasn't going to the doctor. I didn't want to bother with a facetime appointment because I thought it would be a waste of time since rashes can be tricky. I've been to the dermatologist in the past and was diagnosed with contact dermatitis so I decided to try and tackle this on my own. This stuff really works. It's long-lasting and really absorbs well. I usually apply it after a shower because lotions will absorb well when your skin is still slightly wet. It doesn't leave you with a greasy or sticky feeling and it's actually getting rid of the problem. The price is so reasonable as well. I've tried other products and they were disappointing. I have very sensitive skin prone to extreme dryness and cracking in winter. Pretty much any lotion (no matter how unscented) makes my skin itch and burn when it's at its driest, and most average lotions take forever to actually do anything in terms of alleviating the dryness. Salves like Aquaphor are more effective, but REALLY greasy and annoying. Eczema creams are soothing but actually not always all that moisturizing, and they tend to be a little pricey & I go through them quickly. In my search for the most hydrating, non-irritating, non-greasy body lotion, I came across this formula. I love the Working Hands hand cream, so I thought I'd give this a try. I've gotta say, I think this might be the best lotion I've tried. It's immediately soothing no matter how dry your skin is, and it actually works. I've been applying it two or three times daily, and I started noticing results within the first day or so. I also love that it's not greasy whatsoever, and it doesn't have even a hint of fragrance.
