I have been endlessly searching for a nude-ish brown color that when I applied it,looked like the sun was discretely following me and shining one muted sun beam directly upon my lips, indefinitely.👀 I know that is a ridiculously dramatic description of what I have been looking for, but if I’m being honest,that’s pretty much what I wanted and I might as well be upfront about my unrealistic expectations from the get go.🤷🏽♀️ That said,I think I have found my impossible dream! Not only is it juuuuust a hint of color, it’s not so brown that it blends into my skin tone and my lips disappear into my chin, which has been an issue with other browns I’ve tried. It’s matte but not too matte, it’s got a hint of glow but no sparkle, its highly pigmented enough that I can put on one coat and not see my natural lip color, it’s moisturizing but not shiny AND it doesn’t rub off easily. Plus, it fulfills my crazy diva sunbeam fever dream, which is pretty freakin amazing if I do say so myself. I mean, what more could you want?! I included lip pics, the first pic is me with the lippy on and the second is without so you can see the difference. I LOVE this lip cream and the color and I hope they never stop making it!😍

I bought this in Antwerp, Milan, & San Paulo. I've attached a photo of all colors after application, and then I wore Antwerp today to see how it looked dried & throughout the day. Upon application, the color has a sheen to it, but the sheen goes away as it dries. It definitely doesn't have the orange tint to it that it appears it might in the pictures. It takes about 20 minutes to dry enough to not wear off when you kiss the back of your hand, but I'd give it closer to an hour before drinking or eating, and especially if you plan on some serious smochin' haha It is a bit drying, so use some sort of barrier before applying it. Most us chap stick, but I use Purlisse Lip Nourisher and when I took it off my lips felt fine. I lick my lips a lot, and around the 3 hour mark it started to fade for me. I did drink a cup of coffee after giving it an hour or so to dry completely. By 5 hours the edges of my lips were fine while closer to the crease it has faded. I didn't eat any solid foods between application & the 5 hour mark, but I did have (as mentioned before) the coffee, and then I also drank a shake. If you don't mind it fading a bit but still looking fine, I would reapply every 4 hours, especially if you drink & eat in that time frame. If you want it to look just like it does once it is first dried, I would reapply more towards the 3 hour mark, if not, sooner. It definitely lasts longer than your average lipstick, and I will 100% be buying more colors as time goes on.

First off: I LOVE this color! (SMLC27 - Madrid) When I first applied it I thought, "Oh no. This looks like 3 other lip colors I have." But then the color dried to it's matte finish and I was in love with it. It is moderately dark and slightly on the berry and cool side of the red spectrum. The lip color goes on very easily. The applicator acts like a lip liner. The formula is satin at first but dries to a NON-DRYING, very lightweight soft matte finish. I've been eyeing these lip color forever and I don't know why I never bought one. I'd like to have it in another color!

I hadn’t seen someone as fair as me review the nude colors so I thought it might be helpful to some other pasties out there lol. These shades are gorgeous and the matte creams are much pinker than they seem. I’m excited to create some new lip combos! These aren’t transfer proof but they feel really nice on the lips and don’t get all dry and crusty like other ones (I’m lookin at you Kylie and Colourpop). The glosses are great for topping off your look! I’d definitely recommend :)

I just received this and I LOVE it!! The colors look different on the screen so take your time and find a review for the color you want! I read the reviews on the muted mauve and decided to get it even though it looked to dark on the screen and its perfect! I'm Hispanic, brown eyes, black hair, tan skin but not too dark. My lips are kinda dark though.

Just received this product 5 minutes ago and eager to try on. Light scent that smells good, creamy and smooth application. Very moisturizing, not too matte or ashy looking. I did not use a lip primer in my photo but I will try next time with one just to see if there's any difference. I don't know yet how long lasting it is but definitely a pretty color on my skin. I hope this helps you see how it looks on various skin tones. Me and my daughter tried it on. My daughter is on the fence about this one on her Color: Beijing lined with a plum lip liner from nyx
