These are great! Quick tie-up of parts when nuts and bolts are a pain, and you can't beat the cost! If you've got two pieces to tie together, these fantastic. In my case, I wanted to connect a loose fiberglass fender to the body of my van. Both right and left fenders were loose due to loss of screws/nuts coming off from vibration over the years. I had trouble getting a new screw in to the previously used and worn hole. Instead of drilling a new hole, I bought these babies and decided to try them out instead. Time and money saved! These things can be used in so many ways!

One of the best inventions since sliced bread! Many uses outside of the automotive industry, such as fastening skirting on a mobile home, reattaching an access panel or even joining a couple of tarps to make or repair a shelter. Use your imagination! Carry a few in your car, toolbox and backpack.

These are really handy to have for anything that needs a temporary fix but there isn't enough room or an angle where you could use a zip-tie loop to attach it (most commonly body panels/trim with tabs on it where you want a straight-through rather than something you could use loops for) or you want a flush fit. I've used them to hold together clothes, furniture (temporarily, anyway), backpacks, shoes, tarps, whatever - you can snip off the tail of the ziptie after snugging up the retaining plug and it only really leaves a button-sized thing exposed to the outside. These particular ones are decently built, from a manufacturing point of view - I don't think they're the UV-resistant type of plastic, so they might degrade if left out under the sun for a long period of time. That and the packaging are my only real complaints with these - the last pack I bought had a ziplock bag so you could reseal it (I can't imagine using all of these in one go) which was nice, but these ones don't. Once they're opened you'll have to transfer them to another bag or risk the buttons slipping out and getting lost. They're not too expensive, though, so I guess you get what you pay for.
