I want to love this robe and I kind of do, but the way it is cut, it doesn't fit like a standard robe. I first bought the large, which should be fine for me, I am tall and around 140 lbs. The sleeves were a little short and the robe opens up in front in the leg area, so it feels too small. I prepared to return that and bought an extra large. The sleeves are better, still not as long as I would like, and although there is more material on the bottom, it still opens up significantly, and doesn't surround me the way I am used to robes doing. On the plus side, it is so VERY SOFT, the hood is lovely, the burgundy color is so pretty. I will have to think on this, and decide whether I will keep it or not. At over $30, although not costly, it was not cheap, so I want to be completely happy. Perhaps if you have a particularly narrow figure, this robe would have enough material for you. ... show more

    • Worried about size but it’s perfect!

I’m 5”2 and just had my second baby 1 week ago. I’m 170lbs and still losing weight. Based on the reviews people said go bigger because of the arms being short and they were right. If I went smaller I probably would of been disappointed. I was nervous about going so big. I’m used to wearing smalls. But I’m so happy with a large. It’s not so big that it looks ridiculous lol. This is a very nice robe. It’s super soft and warm. I love how big the hood is. Things that I did not like were that the fabric is so slippery that the waist tie won’t stay tied unless you put it in a knot. Also, for me, I want more coverage in the overlap. When I walk, it exposes too much of my leg. I use this to throw on in the middle of the night when I have to take my dogs potty and it’s just not enough coverage for me. This was a gift for my 86 y/o mother. She absolutely loves it! She wears it almost constantly. She was always cold until she received this robe. She really likes the hood when she goes outside to get her mail. It keeps her warm and the wind off her ears. Highly recommend it for anyone.

This is a very soft, warm, and comfortable robe. The size is smaller than expected but not worth the hassle of returning. Size up if you want a bigger fit. One of the pockets had a small hole, so double check when you first open the package. Overall, this is a nice robe.

OMG this robe is so soft and fits perfect. I literally put it on right after the shower and keep it on while doing my morning and/or night beauty, hair and makeup routine. I don't even bother with a towel anymore, I think my skin thanks me too. You will love it, buy it for real Buy It!!!!

I am 5'9" 135 pounds. Ordered medium. This plush robe replaces a fave worn almost daily for ten years! A tough act to follow! Bought other replacements, but they didn't pass the test. So they hang in the guest closets. Ok. After wearing this for a week, and right now as I write this, I would prefer a size larger so I can cross my legs without readjusting and get a bit more room across the shoulders and arms.     • Doesn’t have tie strings

It’s great except for the tie strings that keeps it together while you are walking around. Yes it does have a belt but like most belts, it comes undone. For this reason I’m selling it at my yard sale for $5 because it’s useless to fast ‘ol me!
