This robe fits me perfectly, and it is made of very comfortable fabric. It is not too heavy for the warmer weather. I like the fact that the ties are attached and won’t be lost. Others said it was too short. I guess my torso is shorter because it fits me perfectly (and I’m 5’ 11” and weigh 165 lbs.

    • Why is it so hard to find a decent robe?

This robe is okay. One of the better ones I've tried so far. I wanted one made by LL Bean, but it's on back order until the end of January. So I ordered this at a discount to get me by. It's pretty highly touted by independent reviewers, and it does have a lot going for it. It's a lightweight robe, which is exactly what I'm looking for. I live in PHoenix, and it doesn't get that cold here. I just want something to take the edge off the cold in the early mornings, and this robe does that well. It's also very comfortable above the waist. There are a lot of minor issues, though. I'm 5'10" and weigh about 180 lbs. I ordered a large. I wish I would have sized up. The robe fits, but it fits awkwardly. It only goes down to my knees, and the bottom won't close all the way. The tie loops are also too high as well. The result is that it looks really bad when I'm wearing it. I think if I had gotten an XL, these issues would be far less prominent. This will get me by for a couple of months until the robe I really want arrives. ... show more
