I have to say I was pretty excited about the fact that it pivots. I know the product photos show it installed vertically but you can also use this horizontally if you choose. It really adds some pizzaz to the room you choose to put it in. It makes a great bathroom mirror upgrade. Installation is easy and straightforward. I do have to say that the paint needs to be treated with care, if you are too rough with it during installation it may chip. Overall, I have to say that I love the unique look it adds to the room, it really is beautiful.

I'm so torn about this mirror. I want to give it 5 stars because I like the whole IDEA of it. Super minimal, thin black frame, great size, beautiful shape. But I also want to give it one star for several reasons. 1. I think this should have been labeled as "rustic". The black metal frame has been welded at the center of each side and they are rough looking welds. Very noticeable. I probably wouldn't have ordered this if I knew how prominent the joins were. I see other reviewers mentioned this so I don't think it's a flaw mine has, it's how it's made. Mine also had scratches on the inside of the top and bottom, which I do think is a flaw and not intentional like the weld marks. See my attached photo grid of these issues. 2. The mirror is... wavy. It's hard to describe. It's not like a funhouse mirror or anything too bad like that, but when you look at it it doesn't look quite right. It's like there's thousands of tiny ripples that you can't even see that just distort things every so slightly. Things are just different. And if you move while looking in it you will wonder if you are going crazy because it's not THAT different but it's feels like you're looking into a slightly altered reality. Messes with you a bit. Also mine came with screws and anchors but the anchors were not for drywall. Maybe some sort of concrete anchor? Not sure. So we had to use our own drywall anchors and screws to install this. As a result I would not recommend this as a bathroom mirror or a mirror that you plan to frequently look at your reflection in. In my opinion this is strictly a decorative mirror, more like a piece of art than a functional/usable item. It does make quite the statement and if you have it in a spot like mine where you can't see a direct reflection most of the time I think that's even better. Like I said, I want to love it and I wish I could give it 5 stars but it's just not quite right and the roughly ground welds really bother me. Just know what you are actually getting if you are looking at this. Hope this helps you make a more informed decision!

I wanted to love this mirror. I had fallen in love with it before it arrived, prepped the perfect place for it in our new entry. I was excited. When we opened it, three of the screws that hold it together were loose in the box. Unfortunately, the holes the screw into in the MDF were bored out and they could no longer find purchase and keep the mirror together. The mirror itself is nice but there’s large sections where the black and worn off. This can look decorative if done right, here it just looks like it’s made from cheap material. My husband tried to use the old “toothpick” trick to fix the bored out holes but it didn’t work. There’s no way we can hang this with any level of safety or confidence. We have a toddler in the house and I can’t risk this thing falling apart and hitting her. We will try one more fix with super glue but I’m not terribly optimistic. I would have contacted them directly but there were no details or info in the box like many companies do. Reading other reviews, I am disappointed that this is not an isolated experience. Wanted to love this so badly but it is simply not worth the price for a mirror that cannot be reliably hung.
