I noticed an immediate difference after installing these on my 6x9 infinity reference door speakers. The bass hits hard and full range sounds sounds crisp and tight. Also mice knowing my speakers are protected from the elements dropping down on them. I will say I also added kilmat 80 mil sound deafening to the inside of the door panels and that may have helped as well. useful for sealing interface between mounting surface and speaker mount ring. also useful for keeping speaker wrapped to keep it dry and magnets from picking up metal bits. dont really notice any sound improvement. but after a half a lifetime with the vol at 11, i cant hear too well, yo.

These should keep the water away from the speaker cones. Do they make a difference in the quality of the speakers, I can't tell the difference. Easy enough to install, no instructions needed. I probably would buy again for front door speakers.

All in all I’m not unhappy with my purchase. I had to do a bit of cutting for these to fit my Alpine R-S69C.2 speakers. Once I figured out how much and where to slice the 2nd door went together perfectly.

Not saying they are better then fast rings but definitely have more cover and it’s made out of silicone and cover the whole speaker, protecting it from moisture. I upgrade from fast rings and they do allow more mid bass to be channel straight out instead of being lost in the door. High recommend this item. These fit my 6X9 speakers perfectly in my 2018 Toyota Tundra. These work so well I had to turn down the bass because they were rattling my doors. I really like that I didn’t have to cut or trim any of the material off you can actually just fold it over to be able to fit the front panel or fit it with out the window hit it. Better than fast rings? You be the judge. Makes install easy and cleaner with no sticky residue and can be removed and reapplied with no problem. I’m going to order the 6.5 covers for my rear doors and get rid of the fast rings. That how much I like them. ... show more

These were perfect for the rear deck speakers in my 2015 200 limited. You loose so much sound from speakers mountered back there without an enclosure behind them. I put in new speakers back there because the stock ones blew. Installed these with my Kicker Cs 6x9s and they sound amazing. I finally have good bass hitting from the rear deck since these baffles cancel out much of the back sound going into the trunk. They creat a good seal around the speaker and prevent rattle of metal on metal. A tip on installation, put your speaker into the baffle then slide them into the speaker hole. They create a very tight fit, which is exactly what you want. Very good product and will buy them for my next installation in a rear deck on a car. ... show more
