Hey there! Okay - I finally tried all the NUUN ACTIVE (not the old NUUN with sorbital etc.) flavors I had (variety pack) - here is my review. In general all are fine and effective - and with 1 gram sugar per 16 oz versus Gatorade (21g per 12 oz) I think they are a great option. They have energy drink versions too - which I didn't try. I also haven't tried watermelon but I want too! (short version - I re-ordered lemon/lime, and tropical) These are out of 5 X's: (On all flavors I let them sit until the fizzing is done because I don't like the taste the fizz gives - also, leave the lid off until fizzing is done - you have been warned!) Orange: XX Nah. Little flavor. Lots of aftertaste. Tropical: XXX Okay, a bit of funny coconut aftertaste but you get used to it quick. One of my favs. Triberry: X/( 1.5) Tolerable but nearly flavorless - My LEAST favorite. Grape: XXX Initially tastes like a watery Grape Jolly Rancher (but yellow - no food coloring which feels weird! :-) ) it is actually pretty drinkable but I hate grape flavored candies etc. If you like grape this is good. Strawberry Lemonade - X/ Very low flavor, odd almost meaty aftertaste. This almost won for worst flavor. Fruit Punch - XX Initial Strong - yet watered punch flavor with unpleasant aftertaste. Pretty bad but better than triberry and Straw/lemon. All were tolerable and I drink 3 liters a day for medical reasons (thus my search to find a low to no sugar option!) none of them gagged me or felt like a waste of money. These are wonderful! In hot weather when I'm sweating a lot I take one every few hours throughout the day, otherwise I take one every few days or so. If I ever feel like I may be getting a cold or flu, I take one and the symptoms diminish quickly and a cold never lasts more than a day or so when they used to drag me down for weeks. I purchase Nuun by the box. These are my go-to. I drink water with Nuun all day long. I drink 60 to 80 ounces of water a day with Nuun. Personally, have found that this helps with leg cramps specially at night. Nuun is always on hand in my house.

The most consistent electrolyte supplement I've tried. No mixing, stirring, anything just drop in and they dissolve great! I'd recommend to anyone looking for electrolyte supplements, just a tad sweet I usually do two tabs for one drink

I wasn't properly hydrating for the past few years - just using water to get the job done. I have found a significant difference while using NUUN Electrolyte Drink Tablets while I play. I seem to be able maintain energy throughout play.

Some of these products can get to me if I’m on a really long hike and need to drink a lot and absolutely cannot afford to get a cramp otherwise it’s rescue time. This product sits well on my stomach, even after 9-10 hours of hard work.
