For me this product helps me feel better on longer rides. No weird aftertaste, tastes very good actually, not like medicine or chalk or God-forbid like a couple other products I have purchased that actually made me sick . Mixes easily, I made the mistake of throwing out the anti-caking bag and it did tend to get hard but breaks up fairly easy. Just for the fun of it after having worked in professional kitchens and purchasing extremely expensive product I weighed the powder minus the scoop and anti-caking bag and am happy to say it came to within 3 grams of the advertised weight which is about an eighth of a serving so that made me happy to see you get what you pay for. Great product. It's better than the leading sports drink,no sugar, Stevie instead, contains magnesium, sodium, potassium, b6,b12 and vitamin c. A total of seven vitamins and minerals and it tastes good. A very good hydration drink. The container is one pound and 120 servings. There is a small scope that you use. Satisfied with product. Taste is rather tart not like fruit punch. Single scoop in 24 ounces of water works well for me. Must shake well. I even suggest shaking the closed canister as it seemed to have separated somewhat. Perhaps flavorings separated from other ingredients.
