I'm taking the fish oil supplement for vision health as recommended by my doctor. I have been taking these supplements for several months and I have not experienced any degradation in my vision and my eyes have felt better and not as dry as they have been in the past. These are a lower cost supplement than what was recommended by my doctor but have the same ingredients at the same quantities.

Before Omega 3 Fish Oil, I had what's know as a "trigger finger". My finger would lock up and be painful to bend. After only 5 days of taking Omega 3 I was able to move my finger without pain and have stayed that way. I also have arthritis and this past winter I noticed I was able to get up and move around much better, no stiff joints! I highly recommend Omega 3 for your health and joint pain, this stuff truly is a miracle in a bottle. *Beware when looking for a good Omega 3 they all are not the same! Make sure you are getting plenty of EPA and DHA. This brand, "Nutra Champs", has the highest DHA I could find, is certified, non-gmo and made in the USA!! Also I have not experienced any fishy after taste which is good. This checks all my boxes! To get the high DHA & EPA it says to take 3 daily. I take 2, 1 in AM & 1 in PM and it works great for me. **I would like to note I've also recommended this product to people at my work for trigger finder and joint aches and they all are also amazed at the results!

Some things to consider: 1. Thin, squishy shell. Some people like that, I personally don’t. First set of fish oil pills I’m keeping in the refrigerator. No, I haven’t checked to see whether I’m supposed to. I just need them to be less squishy. 2. Very fishy tasting. Again, preference is a possibility. Refrigerating helps with this. 3. They definitely feel like they’re working. When I don’t take them for a few days, my eyes start to feel very dry. I start taking them again and within a day, I find eye relief. I would give a perfect score on ingredients and potency.

I waited awhile to write a review to see if I feel a difference. First of all this order came super fast. The bottle itself is so easy to read and actually lovely to look at. I have inflammation pretty bad and I’m diabetic so the health of my eyes is a concern. The pills are pretty big but I’ve not had any issue taking them and actually take more than 1 at a time. I have had a lot of burping up the taste of the fish oil several times. While it’s not the most pleasant taste it’s not an taste that you can’t deal with. It’s not really a fishy taste to it like you would expect. They added an lemon flavor so when it does come up no nasty fishy taste. If you read the bottle it also says this company donates vitamins to those weman and children in need and I feel so good supporting a company that gives back. I will be ordering another bottle and this will be added to my daily vitamin intake.

These fish oil pills have the recommended EPA and DHA daily amounts for a fair price. I extensively searched for one that would meet my desire EPA and DHA daily amounts and this brand was my top choice. If you are looking for miracles, this product is not for you. The effects of EPA and DHA on your body are noticeable after a few months taking them religiously. Moreover, it is fundamental you also have a healthy diet, drink at least 2.4 L of water, and exercise regularly (3-4 times per week). Benefits of EPA in short - term: Reduction of inflammation (including cellulitis) and faster wound healing. These ones I started to notice after 4 months using this brand ( I was eating healthy, drinking at least 2.4 L of water, and exercise regularly (5-6 times per week) before starting taking the fish oil pills). Long term benefits: the EPA fatty acids are related to protection and restoring process of brain cells, preventing or retarding cognitive degenerating processes.
