Would give a minus 10 review if I could! I purchased a 14k rope chain for my husband for Christmas last year DEC 21). Just 10.5 months later, the chain split into 2 pieces. Not at the clasp, but towards the middle of the chain. I called the seller (Nuragold aka The Jewelry Pot) in Los Angeles. Was told by rep that they don't warranty their products (they must know they are crap), that we must have done something. I bought this necklace from my boyfriend. He wore it for a few months it look nice. The clasp broke, we took it to a repair shop. And they said that it wasn’t cold at all. They showed us how it worked with a magnet. This company is selling fake jewelry for a very expensive price.

Fell Apart within 8 months, had repaired twice then just gave up. They are very Beautiful, but even with the dime size medallion they stretch out and fall apart. I have purchased several from them before and never this issue.
