The salesperson on the phone was honest and informative as well as easy to contact for questions I had before my purchase. It is the highest quality of 14k and higher quality mix of gold. It has not changed in appearance in all the time I've owned it. And worth double what I paid 4 years ago. Next I will be buying a bracelet to match. You are in the right place for gold quality and price. The necklace was advertised as 164 grams and was 176 grams when I recieved it just like the salesperson told me on the phone it would be at least the advertised weight. I did not think it would be 12 grams heavier. Greatest Seller.
