My store is expanding to offer hot foods and new items. This POS has an option to add modifiers for our kitchen. It arrived quickly and was easy to set up. I like that it’s sturdy on the counter and won’t easily fall off or break (and it’s hard to steal). One-on-one training session (it’s included) - highly recommend. The promo making is easy fast! but The register constantly displays ads for the company and that's a thing and also you only only add one Promo Ad, which is something to consider but if they work with the the people who buy it to remove their adds and let us just run our ads it would be wonderful. ... show more

    • POOR PAX A35 credit card reader help support
I bought this new POS. Everything was set up and ready to go except the PAX credit card reader. It's been a week and counting no one is answering the freaking call to help out and fix the problem with the PAX credit card reader, they will let you wait for hours until no one answer it. If you try to call them back, it will repeat the same process they will transfer you to the help support that never answers the call. I think I have already spoken to all NRS support staff, and they all transfer me to the PAX credit card department, which I guess never exists to answer. ... show more

    • Terrible item and customer service
Needed help with the setup. I've been calling them to help with the setup but they won't reply or answer. Im trying to return it and it won't even let me do that. . I would setup the whole thing and then it would make do it all over again and it's been happening for the past 15 days. TERRIBLE ITEM!!
