The NPBAG of cotton is a medium weight bag that is of a good size for so many uses. I ordered them to use for groceries and for my grandchildren to decorate for their moms to give on Mother's Day. While we will still decorate them, I removed one star because instructions state to Not Machine Wash which I have not encountered before with other bags. I am not confident that our fabric paint will adhere well or that the moms will be as careful with these bags since they lose the convenience of tossing them in with other wash items. I will attest that the bags seem durable, are a nice size and comfortable to carry. ... show more

Very thin. I paint on them. Not the best for painting! I had another set of tote bags from a few years back, ran out and ordered these. The prior tote bags the paint barely seeped through and cardboard was fine to put in between. But with this tote bag it sticks to the cardboard and it didn’t come with the brown sheet as advertised.
