This is a great little set to complete a Harry Potter costume. I looked at so many things. Robes, scarves, ties, glasses, etc. There are combo sets for all of it in different varieties. I almost went with the robe/scarf/glasses/wand combo from Rubies, but the robe is so thin, I decided to find things separately. I finally went with this scarf set because it came with glasses and lightening bolt tattoos. Some said the scarf was too short, too short to even go around their child's neck once. I think that must have been a one-time bad product fluke. This scarf was long and functionally just like any real scarf. I didn't know it was going to have a logo on it, so that was a bonus. The glasses are cheap ... and are costumey thicker than rims that Harry Potter wears. But they work. And I liked the lightening bolts. Also happy that there were many of them since my son inadvertently wiped the first one off and we had to reapply. All of it completed his costume perfectly. ... show more

My grandson asked me to make him a kid size Harry Potter Scarf. I ordered two; an extra one for his sister. They LOVED them. But he asked if I made them so I said Grandma did not have time to make them so she asked other Grandmas at Amazon to make them. He ended up having a whole Harry Potter theme birthday party and even a Harry Potter birthday cake. The carves were the perfect size for kids and made very well. Product picture description is inaccurate - one of the product photos states that the scarf is 75 inches long, but in reality it’s only 60 inches- that’s over a 2 feet difference! It’s very small, even for my 10 year old! The stitching and colors are perfect, but it’s misleading when you think you’re going to get this decent length usable scarf, and it’s too short to even wrap around your neck once :/ It would be good for say a five year old, but definitely not an adolescent or an adult- very disappointed, and there is no time to order a different one ... show more

The earpieces for the Harry Potter glasses were literally screwed on upside down. There were no tattoo scars included at all. This was apart of a Harry Potter costume gift for my nephew’s birthday tomorrow, otherwise I would return this. Going to have to find a screwdriver small enough to take apart the glasses and put them back together correctly. With one item missing altogether, and another unusable, this ended up being merely an expensive scarf. Look elsewhere. ... show more

Was on my way to universal studios and didn’t want to spend an arm and leg just for the potter outfit. The scarf was nice, glasses and stickers were an ehhh... should have just ordered the scarf. Bought this to dress up a light-up stag for our front yard during the holidays. The set is just as pictured - the scarf is actually quite soft in texture and has held up after several weeks in the cold rain/wind. I just needed to add felt attached to the glasses using tiny rubber bands to tie it around my puppy and it stayed unless he shakes his head to remove them.
