I ordered one pkg and that included 3 strands of pennants. They were packaged so they didn’t tangle, yet the pennants themselves were SO creased/wrinkly! I took the advice of another reviewer and lined my pennants up in a stack and steamed them with my clothes steamer (an iron with towel in between may work as well.) That did the trick! I would recommend these, if you have the time/ability to de-wrinkle, as they make a big impact on your outdoor party space for a low price!

I was skeptical after reading reviews but I was pleasantly surprised with these. Bought for the main decor for an outdoor carnival birthday party. These are LONG strands with plenty of pennants spaced. They are a lightweight fabric which arrived pretty wrinkled in a shrink wrap package, but once hung up they looked great. These stood up to a good amount of wind and are still in great shape, so I saved them to reuse another time.

Material was a thinner than expected, but these looked great hanging zig-zag across the ceiling. Would definitely buy again, but I probably won’t need to because I saved them after our event & I can use them over & over.

I just needed some colorful pennants for our Carnival VBS. After shopping around, I settled on these because of the price and the length (amount of the product). Sure, the fabric has some fold lines and isn't sewn completely to the string in every place. It's hanging indoors, at ceiling level, draped in little swoops (hung with paper clips), so it's not a big deal. For my purposes, it added a nice splash of color and festivity to a wall of red & white stripes. And I have some strands leftover for a future occasion.

I bought these banners as a way to spruce up the large tire target for the apple cannons at my pumpkin farm. What is an apple cannon? It is a high pressure air powered cannon that shoots apples in excess of 100 mph. If you ever have the opportunity, give one a try! Anyways, after opening the package I didn't figure the banners would last one hour of apples being shot at it, it seemed flimsier than I had hoped. Yet I strung them up anyways, figuring they would be destroyed the first weekend. But they did survive the first weekend. And the second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth, and seventh. They are still intact at the end of the season. Tens of thousands of apples have been shot at them. I have witnessed apples hit the string and not break. Meanwhile, the apples have decimated over 15 plywood targets and brought down the steel cable on the top if the tires twice. Also the banners have held up though 40 mph winds and rain. So in conclusion, if these little banners will withstand 7 weeks of target practice from super-speed apples, I think they will work fine for 3 hours for your kid's birthday party.
