I love that I have this option to reduce my salt intake. It doesn't taste like salt. It tastes slightly different. So it may take a little acclimation. The nice thing is that it can replace salt in baking with little if any difference in taste. I will continue to use this to improve my health.

I will try to be as honest as possible because I depend on other people's reviews and feel I want to help the best I can: I have pre-hyper tension, which means I take a small dose of blood pressure meds daily, but that is enough to keep my readings as normal. But if I do not also watch what I eat, I will have High Blood Pressure in full. SALT seems to be the main thing that my Doctor warns me of, because I do not eat much of the other obvious things like FATS and GREASE and SUGARS. So I decided to give this a try. Not soon enough to see a difference on my readings, and I don't usually add much salt anyway because most foods are already salty enough. But I can make these comments. I find it taste pretty much like regular salt. BUT it is very fine making it easy to OVER Salt with NO SALT. It is also a tiny bit more powerful or "salty" than regular salt, so my warning is TAKE IT EASY until you figure out how much works for your taste buds. It does not require as many shakes of the shaker to get the desired results. Too much and it will taste salty. I Recommend. Good Luck.

Nu salt is of course a substitute for salt. So far I'm happy with the product. It has helped with my BP. However, it doesn't have the taste of salt.

I bought NoSalt because I’m watching my sodium intake, and I’m so glad I did. It tastes surprisingly close to real salt and works great in just about everything—cooking, baking, even sprinkling on veggies or popcorn. The texture is just like regular table salt, and it dissolves well. I’ve used it in soups, eggs, and meats without any weird aftertaste. It’s made with potassium, which is a nice bonus if you're trying to be heart-healthy. A little goes a long way, and the container lasts quite a while. Just be careful if you have kidney issues—always check with your doctor first since it’s potassium-based. Overall, this is an amazing product for anyone on a low-sodium diet. It helps me enjoy flavor without sacrificing my health. Highly recommend!

I use this salt substitute when cooking. It will not taste good if you use this on popcorn, lol. For anyone with high blood pressure or other issues, great price, lasts a long time, I highly recommend!!

I tried it straight out of the container and it was pretty salty. I used it to season some fries and it tasted okay, but it left a wierd aftertaste. The best I could describe the aftertaste is "chemical-ish". So, for me, I'm not a fan.

My doc said to watch my salt intake so I decided to try this. It's actually good. Tastes close enough to salt and it's pure potassium which I'm deficient in so win win. I'll continue to use it.
