I was quite skeptical these would be high quality with the low price tag. My previous hiking boots were 20 dollars more and fell apart in a year of light hiking. These boots are in another level. Comfort wise I feel like I could wear them all day no problem. Paired with a decent winter sock and they are nice and cozy. They certainly have their own style. They make me feel invincible on the frail. These handle snow, water, mud, rocks, you name it! The treads are very deep and give excellent traction. I ordered a half size up and it turned out to be the right call. The toe box is a bit tight but a half size up and you're good. The craftsmanship seems very high on these. My shoes are always wearing out in one specific spot but these won't have that issue. I feel like I hit the jackpot with these! The only question now is how will they hold up long term. Time will tell but so far I think they're built to last.

The quality is awesome & I love the fit & feel as I feel no breakin necessary & the sole Seems as good in quality as a vibram sole but the toe box pinches my toes they are not wide enough. This bout Fits more like a woman’s boot more skinny as I’ve worn women’s “ Topos “ that fit great & are also immediately comfortable. I’m bummed these don’t fit better because I love the design & quality.

Bought these for a hiking trip to the Lost City in Colombia. Did two 10 mile hikes to break in and then 45 miles through the jungle. Great boot. Waterproof, comfortable, excellent traction. Cleaned up like new. Ordered 1/2 size up. The last has a narrow width to length ratio., so size up. 1/2. Also, the Wide Polar Paw heel catches on rocks occasionally on trail so keep that in mind. Happened maybe three times during the 45 mile hike. Pleased with my purchase. Worth the money easily.

Style and craftsmanship are very good as far as I can tell. And I love the blue color. Sizing though runs at least half a size small. I usually wear an 8. As other reviewers have noted the boot is narrow at the toes. Since I have rather skinny feet I thought I would be ok ordering an 8. Wrong. I tried to tolerate them for a few days thinking it was just the usual breaking in period but no dice. They were pinching the little toe on both feet especially on my right foot. I’m returning them and ordering a half size larger.

This is the second pair of these I've bought, the first pair I purchased well over a year ago and still look great! The only reason I'm buying another pair this soon is they were a steal at 70$ back when I bought my first pair over a year ago, now at 30$they are a must have. You WILL NOT find a better hiking boot for the money ... period

I haven't seen a shoe this worse in terms of my ankle and sole discomfort, matter of fact, it gave me blisters on my first short hike. I had to spend money on fixing my sole blisters and sores because of this shoes. I checked if it was big wide feet but No... my gf who has 1/2 size less and narrow feet than mine has cranker sores on her feet, too. We absolutely hate these shoes. Might spend your money on those cheap Walmart or other shoes than buying these shoes.
