Wow, I like everything about these shorts. Haven't really heard of Northyard before, but seems as good and IMHO better than some items I've tried on at department stores. Sizing is correct I'm 5-9 185 34in waist and went with medium. Shorts have nice zipper closure and the pockets hold wallet, phone, keys without comprised comfort.

I've had these shorts for about a week and I've done all kinds of physical activity in them. I've been on jogs, lifted weights and i've even done Yoga in them. They fit true to size and are also very comfortable. I've washed them a few times already and they hav't shrunk at all. The materials also feel very soft yet strong and sturdy. As a side note, my wife thinks they look great on me!

As someone who has to wear a suit and tie for work, I want my personal at home wardrobe to be as casual and comfortable as possible. These shorts fit in perfectly. I originally ordered these thinking they’d be perfect workout or hiking shorts, but I like them so much I added them to main main wardrobe. One downside is they’re priced similarly to name brand shorts - but if you’re ok wearing a generic brand at a premium cost, you won’t be disappointed in the quality. Price when reviewed: $24.99

Very nice athletic shorts that fit true to size. Nice length for sports or anything athletic. Quality seems very nice and they should last awhile. Pockets are nice and shouldn’t have any issues. Material is very breathable and should not get hot. Highly recommend these shorts.

My first impression when slipping these on was "Wow, these are amazing!" They fit perfectly, just as expected. Super lightweight and I was very impressed with the pockets - 4 of them with zippers. I did notice the length was a big short, I prefer a bit longer shorts, but something I was willing to deal with. Unfortunately my pleasant experience was very short lived as I realized these shorts do not breathe at all. It felt like I was wearing a piece of plastic wrap. I'll give them credit for the lightweight aspect and the pockets, and perhaps if you wear them where it isn't humid or hot, maybe they would work for you. Just not something I would wear again.

These are great for casual workouts or walking around town. They don't have built-in compression shorts or a fish net lining, fyi. Make sure to check the size table. May want to go one size higher.
