I've been on the lookout for 7" inseam 100% polyester athletic shorts with pockets and without an inner liner for awhile. I finally found them! They fit fairly good. I wear medium in most of my shorts and the mediums fit good. I'm 6'0 and about 175 lbs with a 33/34 waist...but if I gain any weight they might be a tad tight in the waist...but it is elastic with a drawstring. The quality seems good too. The cons are the pockets have zippers. Some guys like this for running but as lounge shorts I find them annoying. They also have some silly reflective design on the side. I thought they were air holes or something but they're just reflective decals. I question how long they'll hold up with many washings. They also feel a tad long overall in the pelvis...from waistband to inseam. The inseam is 7". But since the pelvic region is a hair longer...they seem to hang just a bit lower than other 7". But dont get me wrong. They still fit and are a slim cut. But everyones body is different. The sheerness is good too. I got the black and you cant see through them. So you dont need to wear longer boxer briefs or spandex. Briefs, jockstrap or commando should be fine I think.

Good comfortable shorts and I like that I can put my wallet and phone in my pockets and the shorts don't fall as I am walking. Pockets have zippers on them and that's great too.

I ordered two pair of these and they are not quite what I ordered. I ordered 5” and am pretty sure I got 7”. All my shorts are 5” so if these are I must have shrunk a couple of inches. The quality of these are ok. Not happy or disappointed just ok.
