Overall, these are great glasses. I conically misplace glasses and mistreat them. So these five pack-o-glasses are almost perfect. I took 2 full stars off for one reason only: packaging waste. OMG. This pack of five glasses comes with: 1. 5 pairs of glasses. 2. Plastic baggy for each pair of glasses. 3. A plastic pouch for each temple of each pair of glasses. 4. A useless pouch for each pair of glasses. 5. A box. I'm probably missing something else in there. I swear, I have to take the trash out for each box of these things. Add that waste to the number of glasses I go through from loosing them and we have a real issue. So, I can recommend. But if the manufacturer is looking at this, put them all in a box and we can call it good. The plastic bags are a waste. At least get rid of the stupid foam pouches that go immediately into the trash. Or maybe just ship them with one pouch. ... show more

They come with a lens cleaning cloth and 5 very much appreciated foam neoprene protective cases for scratch protection, you know, like when you bend over to pick up your keys and your perfect new glasses drop out of your pocket onto the scratchy pavement. Guess who I bumped into on my way to get my glasses? Everybody. I was surprised at how clear these glasses are. I've purchased inexpensive readers in the past, and they were not very clear. The fit is good. I am 6'3, and don't have a tiny head. Some other glasses has did not fit me well, these are an excellent, comfortable fit. As far as longevity, I don't know yet. I would have given 5 stars, except for the packaging problem. In themselves, they are nice reading glasses with well made and attractive frames. These are advertised as a set of five and they came with five protective cases and a microfiber cleaning cloth, nice touch. But though advertised as a set of 5 glasses, and labeled on the packaging as 5 glasses, there were only 4 glasses in the box. Not sure if the item was poorly packaged or if I received a return, but the situation is obviously a packaging control issue. ... show more

After having drugstore readers break one after another I decided to buy this multi-pack so that I would at least have some backup when the first pair broke. I had been buying "readers" one at a time and they would break at the hinge after only a few days, no matter how careful I was with them. They were made of some low grade plastic and were a rather small one-size-fits-all design. Imagine my delight when the box arrived containing 5 pairs of sturdy looking glasses. As of this writing I have dropped this pair once or twice and otherwise used it as I would any normal pair of glasses. Said glasses are holding up as well as any I have ever owned.! I am delighted with this purchase and had given up on finding this quality level for such a low price! HURRAH !!!! ... show more

I have purchased a few packs of these over the years. They can withstand my granddaughter, pulling them off and bending them. Sometimes they get a little too loose, but even after a child has gotten a hold of them they stay level on my face.
