I love that this supplement derives it’s fish oil from the smaller fish, sardines and anchovies. The smaller fish have lower levels of mercury compared to salmon, so I feel safer taking this supplement than others derived from larger fish like salmon. These pills have no smell, I have never noticed a fishy smell or taste at all. They say that they’re lemon flavored but honestly I have never really noticed the lemon flavor - it’s super mild (not sour or tangy). Overall, great quality supplement, a fair price point for the quality in my opinion, and an easy way to include important omegas in your day.

I have taken Nordic Naturals Ultimate Omega for several years and I love them. They don't give me that fishy indigestion that other Omegas have. The only downside is that the last bottle I got, the pills were a little stuck together - but that is the first time that happened but I have taken them for about 3 years. Great product.

I am told to take Omega's and this seems to be the most reasonable pill to swallow. Most are large in size (as this one is) and terrible tasting. This mini football goes down easily and does not leave an after taste..I will continue to purchase until pricing becomes unreasonable. Oh my gosh, I just read in the Q&A these lemon flavored pills are chewable. Not sure I am ready to try that but good to know.

Like many other reviewers, my eye doctor recommended these over any other Omega 3 brand. I've been these fish oil pills twice a day, one with my lunch meal and one at night (no meal). My eyes were super dry and painful. The Omega 3s have been working well together with my Retaine MGD eye drops. I don't feel much eye pressure anymore in the morning. My eyes are finally moisturized and I am back to normal. I will definitely keep on ordering more of these because it really works! Using this for my eyes and for my health! Keep these gel caps in the fridge so they do not stick together.

The company is amazing, they didn’t have the 180 gel available to they send me 2 boxes of 120 gels and 60 gels, allowing me to have the same amount but sooner. This is the best and only company you should be getting your Ultimate Omega Fish Oil. I was recommended by a good friend who knows about health and they told me this is the best brand, and I now see why. It’s easy to swallow and surprising taste good. I just recently started taking it and I felt better my first day (not lying, my mood was better, and I felt a tad bit more energy for someone who doesn’t have much). Not all fish oil is the same and not all company’s are the same, so I will only say it once more. This is the best and only company to get your Fish Oil from.
