I’ve been taking these for about a week now; I cannot comment on the efficacy of them; but what I CAN comment on is the taste… or LACK thereof. There is absolutely NO aftertaste whatsoever and there is no “repeating” of them either. These are the best fish oil pills we've ever had. They have a good taste and don't smell fishy. In the past other brands have a terrible smell after awhile, almost like they've gone rancid and these have never gotten that way. They are large size so for me a bit difficult to swallow but the gel capsule material helps. Also, later you don't burp up "fishy" smells like some of the other pills. Only fodh oil I've ever been able to take that doesn't give me heartburn and give me the fishy burp ups. Plus they don't have a potent fish taste as you take them. Highly recommend.
