Reasonable size omega pills. Most omega pills are ridiculously huge, these are perfect. Not sure why they market these as teen, these are the perfect size and should just be called minis. The jar is a bit strange. It is only about a quarter filled. they could probably fit 200+ of these in the bottle they come in. I hate fish and seafood of any kind, it is disgusting and nauseating. These are sweet and have no after taste or reflux. Highly recommend!

Trying to find a good fish oil pill that doesn’t taste awful so my son would take it took forever it seemed . I stumbled across this brand and he loves taking it . He actually says it taste good . Nobody wants to take something that has an awful taste so I was beyond thrilled when it not only didn’t taste bad but he said it tasted good . Now he likes taking these every night as part of his bedtime routine.

I recently upgraded to an age appropriate fish oil for my daughter. She likes how she can just take two instead of four small ones. She enjoys the taste and it doesn’t leave a fish oil aftertaste. Great value for your buck.
