Our baby loves his pacifier but let’s it fall out of his mouth often! Having the puppy resting on his chest helps keep the pacifier from falling out so easily! Absolutely love this product!! It also goes with our dog theme!!

This is a really precious pacifier holder! I like how you can detach the pacifier from the animal and wash it. I also like how you can use this with almost any brand of pacifier. For safety purposes, there isn't any long strings that could hurt the baby which other pacifier holders have. I love the animal options. Personally, I got the golden retriever and I love it. It came a little smashed, but it was very soft and fluffy after we used it the first time. For newborns and small infants, this is a great size - not too big and not too heavy. UPDATE almost 3 years later: Our little Nookums puppy (whom we lovingly named Karl Barks) has served us and our little boy well for the last 3 years, and now it’s time to let him go. He held the pacifier well, never fell off, made it easy to find in the middle of the night, and was so easy to clean. I had 2 and rotated them, cleaning one every week or so, and they held together brilliantly. A great alternative and better long-term solution than the Wubbanub since the soothie type pacifiers the Wubbanub is attached to aren’t recommended past the newborn phase. So we were able to use the dentist-approved MAM pacifiers all the way through toddlerhood. Thanks for a great 3 years, Karl! We’ll miss you! I ordered both this and the Wubbanub before my baby was born. We used the Wubbanub mostly at first since my lactation consultant recommended using soothie pacifiers at first. But eventually he started preferring MAM pacifiers, and at 6 months old, he would only chew instead of suck on the Wubbanub one. I remembered I had this Nookums puppy that I could replace the pacifier on and was so excited that it held the MAM pacifier so well. Now we use it all the time! We were always losing pacifiers and it was constantly falling out of his crib at night. This thing makes it easy to find and it hasn’t fallen through his crib once since we started using it. The plush puppy also makes it easy for him to find, grab, and get back into his mouth. It’s also easy to clean, and when the pacifier gets dirty, I can just pop on a new one (instead of having to stop and clean it like I did the Wubbanub). Who knew such a simple thing could make life so much easier? One caveat: be sure to check and see if it holds the pacifier brand your baby prefers before ordering. Like I said, my baby only uses MAM and it holds it perfectly, but I know it doesn’t take all brands. ... show more
