The others were too hard and made my 4 month old cry because he bites too hard. Once I gave this one, he had no problems biting on it as the nipple design is soft and hollow so it allows for easy chewing. The design is great too - so simple and it allows baby to hold it easily. The only teether I would recommend right now if your baby is new to teething and is just figuring it out. This is the best teether. My only problem is, my 4 month old gets super angry and frustrated that he can't fit the entire thing in his mouth lol, but that's his problem. It's very easy to clean, it's easy for him to grip and not easily drop, and I imagine for normal babies it will keep them happy for a good while.
