This will take a few days to get use to. Depending on how bad your back will determine your pain level. I was told I had severe spinal compression and need decompression therapy. After seeing the cost from my chiropractor I decided to give this a try. I am on day 3 and only up to 5 minutes. It will be uncomfortable, however, the more persistent you are the easier it will get and you will see results. Just follow the instructions and listen to your body. You will save thousands of dollars and time in a chiropractic office. I also purchased one for my neck. I do feel and see results. My posture is even starting to improve.

I bought this back stretcher on the recommendation of a friend because of lower back pain. It is very easy to use and the three levels are easy to adjust. The material is plastic, so the overall weight is very light. It's curved so well against my back, and I feel comfortable on all three levels. I basically use it more than 8 hours a day.

I've been using it for over a month and all my back pain is gone. It works great, so I'll tell you how I did it. You put it together and set the curves to the arc (or lowest arc) you want, but I used the lowest arc. I put the widest side next to my shoulder blades and the narrow side in the middle of my shoulder blades. I lay on it for 1 minute the first time, then rolled it down and laid it flat for 1 minute. I did this for three days in a row. The results were strange at the time, felt loose but had some phantom pain that I think was related to it ...... I do 3 minute stretches twice a week and still roll down and rest for a minute before getting up. No pain ...... Hope this helps.

Wow, I mean big wow! For years I have suffered from chronic back pain and have been to a physical therapist countless times. I could barely walk due to the nerve pain in my lower back. Seriously, as a chronic back pain sufferer due to lifelong scoliosis, I know all about the expense and hassle of frequent chiropractor visits. I just discovered this device a couple weeks ago thanks to an ad on Instagram and I decided to take a chance on it. So glad I did! I use it in three different positions up and down my spine for about 30 seconds each. If you learn to properly relax onto it and let your core muscles NOT try to hold you up, you'll find that your vertebrae slip right back into their proper position quickly and easily. Takes a LOT of pressure off the nerves! I highly recommend this device if you have scoliosis or poor posture, or just need frequent spinal adjustments!
