Purchasing a chair I've never sat in, especially one at a higher price, was a leap of faith. In this case, the leap was well worth it. Owing to a collection of health issues, it's necessary for me to sleep in a recliner My previous chair, while comfortable, was also about 3 inches shot on the legs. When the motor gave out, I could either replace the motor, and endure the leg-numbing process, or dig deep and pick a chair that would provide proper foot support. This chair is about perfect for me. The dual motors (very quiet, BTW) allow separate control of footrest and back -- meaning I can make adjustments for reading, TV watching, sleeping. Don't need the lift function yet, but the day is coming, no doubt. Padding is firm, so if you like a mushier chair, plop a pillow under your rear or back. And yes, it does recline to zero gravity. Some reviews said otherwise. The only nit-pick: the control wand is bright -- like a vivid green UFO glow next to the chair. Fortunately, the twin pockets on the side help contain the light. The recliners actuator for the back of chair quit working 12 hours after getting it set up to be used - Need a replacement actuator ASAP. Purchased a 5 year warranty on it as well. Its already not working and I haven't even gotten the extended warranty packet in the mail yet. Update the warranty repair company finally came yesterday but didn't have the part to fix it. going on 60 days now with out the chair in working condition, ... show more

I had a little problem with this chair (The back moved on it's own occasionally). I reported this to the manufacturer and they sent parts to a technician who came to my house and fixed the problem. It is a comfortable chair and the dual motors allow you to set it where you want. Thanks

    • Arrived by freight, the description is incorrect.
We didn't have a lift truck or dolly to move it into the house, so we had to move it as the delivery truck parked on the road. My overall anger is that this recliner is NOT an infinite position recliner as advertised. Yes, you can raise/lower the head and legs separately, but it does not go fully flat nor go into a reverse Trendelenburg position and is not a zero gravity recliner. ... show more
