Just buy it and you can thank me later. Even if you're not a regular at anal play it doesn't matter, it's so smooth and with some patience it will make anyone a happier person! The weight is intimidating but it stays in place perfectly and moves just the slightest when doing everyday activities, enough for you to love every little movement. Wearing while sex is incredible. My husband wasn't a fan of my other toys while he was inside me but this one doesn't have the length or the weird shapes as most other anal toys so it's enjoyable for us both. I haven't had any problems with clanking when sitting down as some people had said and no discomfort from the edges of the handle with long term wear either but everyone's different. If you're unsure about the price just buy it and you'll understand why it is the price it is. This is my first plug and I was really enticed by it's design. The first thing you notice is the shiny, mirror finish and the bulbous head and the weight. Sure it's slightly heavy but once in it really isn't as noticeable as I thought. Initial movement isn't great (I have other prostate toys that move much better) but this shorter design and finish makes for a better, more direct approach. You could still use this hands free. Use good lube (you don't need much) and take your time. This is the largest toy I have and it took me a few tries to get in but it slides rather easily. The handle is great but the opening isn't wide so be careful not to drop it; that will ruin your day. Once in I noticed right away that I could sweep large areas with little effort and the pleasure was more directed than with other toys. Sure it wasn't hands free but it moves in any direction with greater easy and with no discomfort. Unlike my other toys that require a bit of practicing to fully utilize the tool, this one is much quicker if you don't have an hour to play with. You can also sit down on it and the handle wasn't in the way. You could also rock on it and that works really well. I tried my wife's vibrating wand and it clatters if put on the handle but if you maneuver it around you'll find a spot worth exploring more. Clenching and doing exercises works alright. I feel the best way is just to clench and use your hands to target your spot. Cleanup is a cinch and removal isn't a problem. It's much easier to get it out and cleans so well. Just make sure you have a good hold on the handle. Overall I'm very pleased with it. With good care it should last the lifetime and there aren't many toys that can claim that statement. EDIT 6/1/14 I've explored some more with it and hot damn this thing rocks! No seriously rock on it! That handle which is designed poorly for holding but was made specifically for rocking on. I was grinding on this sexy beast for over 2 hours and the expectations were mind blowing. I've put my prostate toys in storage already!

This is a good news/bad news product. As an experienced user, here are my reactions. On the plus side: it is beautifully made, with a jewel-like smooth finish on the metal. The non-porous finish makes clean-up easy, and the smoothness means that it glides into place with a minimum of lube. The device stays in place securely because of the significant difference in size between the bulb part and the neck. And the device definitely lives up to its reputation for internal comfort and the gentle reminder of its presence caused by the weight. I like the gentle nudging while walking. Now the bad part. The external oval-shaped ring becomes uncomfortable after 1-2 hours of wear. This is because the manufacturer has chosen to put sharp ridges around the top and bottom of the ring. It reminds me of a bottle opener, and with those ridges I think you might actually be able to remove a bottle cap with this thing. Whatever the reason for these ridges, they cause chafing and irritation on the outside. This seems to be a sadly common problem with a lot of plugs -- the designers don't consider the external comfort of the wearer. Perhaps this is because the designers haven't thought about the possibility that a customer might want to wear a plug for hours. I would willingly wear this plug overnight, or throughout a day at the office, if it weren't for the certain knowledge that irritation would force me to remove it after a couple of hours. (The longest I have managed is a few hours overnight, where it wasn't until the irritation woke me up around 3:30 in the morning that I had to take it out.) If I could figure out a way to fill in the center of the loop, or cover the sharp edges with something to soften them, it would make this a much more valuable product. A brief usage note: As noted earlier, I am an experienced plug user, and with "normal" ones made of silicone, etc., I can quickly and easily insert them while in a standing position. So far I can't accomplish that with this unit . . . it's too heavy to stay pointed in the right direction while being held in my fingertips. Of course I could like back on the bed and put it in, and that works fine, What I found also worked is lying on my side with legs pulled up slightly (kind of like the colonoscopy position) -- it's very easy to insert from this position. Maybe some day I'll figure out a way to do it standing up. In sum, this plug has a lot of promise, but there are more comfortable choices for long-term wear. Use this for shorter adventures.
