I wasn’t expecting much out of a <$40 paddle but I was surprised! A family member expressed interest in playing pickle ball so I picked this up to get them started. After playing with it side by side with my much more expensive paddletek paddle I can say the difference is negligible for any average recreational player and indistinguishable for a beginner. It has good response/feel, a not-too-small sweet spot, and decent balance (a little head-heavy). If you’re missing shots with this, it’s not the paddle that’s at fault…lol It would take a while to outgrow this paddle unless you are coming in with experience from another racket sport. Highly recommend for beginners, as a spare for guests, or for those on a tight budget. ... show more
