I got mine from Amazon Renewed. Seems good as new. I haven't had any issues with it (Joy Cons are good so far...) The Switch is the most versatile game system I've ever owned. The media could not be loaded. I ordered this Nintendo and received it this next day. There are no scratches or glitches so far and it also came with all of the accessories of a new system. It’s been 48 hours now and no issues. My sons loves it!

Ordered the item knowing it would be refurbished/renewed. Item came clearly used with old users and games still programmed on it. When trying to reset it to factory settings, it required a parental pin (which I of course don’t have). The only way to get around the pin is to unlock it with the Nintendo account associated with the device. Rendered this product useless. Have to return. ... show more

It booted right, worked on the tv, might want to wipe it down when you get it other then that it works great ! Controllers seem replaced but work.
