I was very skeptical on getting one *Renewed* after seeing mixed reviews that some came with the original box and some didn't. I however got the box and everything was still in the plastic sleeves with not a scratch or ding in sight.

I really liked this special edition, but it's no longer in production so obviously I had to get pre-owned. I absolutely love this whole system. Everything was packaged beautifully, nothing was missing. Even the box was still beautiful. The battery lasts a really long time, I didn't have any issues with the sticks wobbling too much or anything. The joy cons were actually still tight. I almost wonder if this was even pre-used at all. I did pay what you would normally pay for a brand new system, but because I wanted the special edition I figured that was the reason it was so pricey. I missed out on getting this Switch Oled design when it initially launched so I’m happy to get it slightly cheaper. Mine didn’t come with the collector’s box. It was packaged in a normal Amazon box. So collectors might be out of luck with these renewed versions since there’s no way of knowing what renewed switch you’ll get. The renewed switch runs really well so far and the joy-cons felt really new while playing. The bigger screen really does make a world of a difference when playing handheld mode. It was in amazing condition. I couldn't find a scratch on it, everything was in its plastic wrapping, all pieces included! I've been playing for a week and so far no problems. As a pokemon stan since 1997 I am in love!
