If I could give zero stars, I would. Received a day ago. Opened this morning to charge and it won't turn on. Contacted Amazon support in which they gave me some troubleshooting tips, which did not work. Then was told to contact Nintendo as this could be a known issue. Contacted Nintendo which gave me the exact same troubleshooting tips, which did not work again. Was told it would be at least $149 to repair the device... Which I've had less than a day. I declined as the price I paid for this and the repairs would cost more than a new one. Contacted Amazon support again and was just offered a refund and not a repalcement. So much for "Renewed Premium". I was given a dud and not much resolution from Amazon. Very frustrating experience. I do not recommend getting things renewed from Amazon. ... show more

Very pleased with this renewed Nintendo OLED Switch. Looks new. got a great deal and added amazon's 3 year warranty. Very pleased with the Amazon Renewed items I've purchased recently. They have been packaged well, and look new and I saved enough money to include an extended warranty for less than the retail cost of the items (without extended warranty).
