Arrived in perfect condition! Not a scratch, buff, or mark on it. Wrapped in bubble wrap and came with a charging cord. The charger did not work but they are cheap everywhere, highly recommend!

The media could not be loaded. Shipped quickly. Arrived via FedEx. So this device was described as being in “excellent condition” so I had the expectation of “like new” device. This was not the situation. There are a few cosmetic issues, which is fine for me-because I’m too lazy to return things- but some of you might be seeking perfection. I’d remind anyone thinking of making this purchase that this is a refurbished device. I’ll attach photos but it looks like an animal has chewed the bumper buttons. It would have been nice if the seller replaced those but maybe there is a global bumper button shortage. I’ll survive this great injustice. I just wanted something that works, and it does, thus my five stars. The screen looks great. The sound seems fine. Was able to get the device set up without issue. Would I recommend to a friend? Yes. Would I purchase again? Probably.

The very day we got my grandson's Nintendo switch we charged it and went to give it to him and the charger cord broke on the end where it plugs into the switch. The exact same thing happened to his brother just a few days after getting his too, it got stuck in it and it was going to cost us $100 to remove it at a game place however we finally got the piece out of his Switch We had to buy 2 new chargers yesterday. GRRRR!

This item did not come in the original box but did have everything needed for it, it was easy to activate, have not had a single problem with it, no scratches or marks of any kind, looks brand new, works great

The switch lite itself is in pretty good condition, but the charger, or rather just a type-C to C white cord was a bit of a disappointment, especially since the switch has a non-standard power demand that regular bricks can damage or even brick the switch if you use the wrong charger brick. I thankfully have other switches with stock chargers, so I can manage, but if you don't be careful, what charging brick you use. Not sure if the charger was specified in the description, might have missed that disclaimer, so 4 stars
