Description

I bought the 10/12 and it fit my 8 year old son, who usually wears size 8, perfectly. It was the exact length he needed and it was not loose or baggy at all. It held up very well for Halloween and he absolutely loves it. The hat is really great quality, he's been wearing that around without the costume. It's a cute costume. Materials and construction are on the light side, but it worked for a few wearings. My son liked the costume. He's 9 years old and we bought Large (10-12) and it fits him well, so I'd say it is on the small side. I bought it for $26 two weeks before Halloween. After Halloween I noticed the price dropped to $11. So next year, I'll shop for costumes earlier :) ... show more

The costume worked great for the birthday boy. I would recommend going a size up for your kid. It was thin and light (worked well for warm weather), the mustache was too big, the hat was awesome! I hand washed the costume and hat.

Very disappointed. First, it is a little smaller than I anticipated based on the size chart and measurements I did, however, it fit ok. Second, my son had tried it on, so he had it on for maybe less than a minute, and the thread right at the neck area is coming undone. I purchased this Mario costume for my 7 year old. He was very popular everywhere we went this Halloween! The costume and hat are made well and even though he has worn the costume 3-4 times it still looks brand new. The mustache was my favorite part of the costume! Fits my 8 yr old well. I bought the large after reading some reviews that they run small. It is a tad long in the legs but fits great everywhere else. I’m glad I sized up!
