The media could not be loaded. This arrived & I am very disappointed that the box is just a plain cardboard shipping box with the item inside. There is no Ninja Cold-Pressed Juicer box. This is suppose to be a Christmas gift. I went to wrap it and was shocked to see there’s not a ninja product box inside. I’m not sure if this item is refurbished or new but I can’t give someone a gift without a normal product box! Returning this and purchasing it from another place. ... show more

Of course it's a beast. We've run most gross through it and haven't had a single problem. Of you're not a pulp person, I would recommend a finer strainer. But all in all it's a great juicer!
