Great product for my 2014 Jeep wrangler jk. Makes it very easy to mount lights. Added soft pad on the back so it does not scratch your paint. Nice black color and looks great.

    • Beware the windshield bolts
Color: A-Pillar JK 2007-2017
These were installed on a used Jeep that I purchased. The brackets themselves are fine and no issues there; keep reading for a warning about windshield bolts. These brackets use the factory bolts on your jeep which is great, but these brackets had been on the Jeep for a while and when uninstalling the brackets you will find that water travels down the bolt threads and rusts the bolt to the square nut that is very frailly attached to the inside of your windshield frame. When removing these brackets, you may inadvertently spin the square nut free and be unable to remove the bolt, or worse, you will remove the bolt, but it will never tighten down again. This requires folding down your windshield, and in our case, welding a nut onto the frame of the windshield on the inside. DISCLAIMER: THIS IS NOT A FUN JOB. The area where the old bolt was attached will be rusted and need to be ground down to clean metal to weld to. There are YouTube videos showing this situation, with multiple different solutions out there. We only wanted to have this problem once. :) ... show more
