I’ll preface this review by saying that I have never done any wiring before or have any experience with electrical work and this took me about 2-3 hours to install. I haven’t used the app, but the Bluetooth remotes are nice. I stuck the keychain remote with adhesive underneath my left handlebar on the fairing of my R3 so I can turn it off/on easily. Tools needed were wire crimps/cutters, and your basic tools for removing fairings to run the wires easier. It is possible to run them without adding any extra wiring, just takes some brain power. The adhesive is super sticky but I used a few dots of superglue for extra peace of mind on the ends. Zip ties to hold wires in place when running them through the bike. I love these. I bought them primarily so I would be seen better at night, but the side effect is thumbs ups and head turns! Awesome! They’re bright as hell at night, and I even leave them on during the day because I have two strips mounted in the front so they act as daytime running lights. The only issue I’ve ran into is when I turn the lights “off” they tend to just turn to a dim green color. Luckily I caught it before they killed my battery. So to mitigate this I usually just disconnect them when I’m done riding for the night. Overall 9.9/10 ... show more

The light set is great for $37. Super easy to install. Only issue is the adhesive back may or may not work. Of the 8 strips 2 failed to stick. Not a big deal provided you have a roll of 3m double sided tape and zip ties. Remote works well and Is nice and small with a cover that slides into place to prevent the buttons from being pushed. ... show more

Fit the bike perfect with all the wires zipped under the seat, used 2 less strips. Light is bright even in the daylight, adhesive is super sticky, couldn’t pull it off easily once set so, plan before you peel. Remote feels like quality, good weight, responsive. So far no battery dying issues

The media could not be loaded. I installed this on my 2016 yamaha r6. It took about 1.5 hours to install. I added a dab of superglue on the ends if each strip to be sure they stuck. So 4 stars cause it is imo actually a good light strip set up used it for my StreetGlide install is super straightforward the app is cool and simple ... BUT ... 1 of the light strips have messed up within a few days of install .. my white is no longer white but yellow and some of the other colors are messed up as well but for the price I guess it is what it is .. lucky I bought a kit with more than I needed so I'm going to just swap it and hope for the best ... ... show more
