The color and structure on these are nice! I got these for weightlifting and cross training (cycle, other non-running activities). They do not have enough support to jog, if you have foot problems. Otherwise they fulfill their purpose of keeping your feet low to the ground and stable.

Upgraded my old Nike zoom Pegasus shoes to these for my weightlifting workouts and never going back to the squishy Nikes again (except for cardio)! These added stability which is great for lunges, deadlifts etc. The over the shoelace loop feature is not entirely necessary but I don’t dislike it.
