After years of not being able to do or apply my make up correctly, I have finally caught the bug. After acquiring a decent skill set and makeup products I was looking for a all in one that has all the necessary items along with quality products. This is it ladies. To the point that I ordered my artist 17 year old one(she can do a killer wing) and my younger 11 year old a smaller version but her first big girl make up set. I've been using this kit since summer 2016...about six months now. I bought this in order to have a maximum color selections for nicer or evening outings, and for road travel. I don't use it daily. It is small enough to fit nicely under the counter and does not take up a ton of space when fully opened - which is great when in hotels with limited counter space. In fact, when closed it sits well on the back of the tank... that should help you to visual its size. For travel there's enough space above the top tray to store my brushes, primer, concealer, foundation, liner, tweezers and eyebrow wax. (Just put a piece of waxed paper over the shadows to protect them.) It's a great budget buy - you get a lot for your money. The quality is ok, but know that I'm not that selective about makeup. I'm happy with it. It would make a great gift for someone starting to experiment with makeup or short on space like in a college dorm. The only thing I wish is that it had come protected by a box or bubble wrap or a bag, at least. It came just the red case in an Amazon shipping box and was a bit nubbed up on the corners. If I had planned to give as a gift, I would've returned it. ... show more

i love it except the problem is, it is soooo compact that you cant get the middle drawer out or the bottom and half the items, a whole row on each level, bottom and middle, are completely covered where you cant just use it while in the box, you have to take it out of the box and then crunch the container the makeup is in which breaks it, and put it back again crunching it again. love the concept but this gift is inconvenient and wont last long for this reason. very pretty though. love the red leather look even though its most likely plastic of course. havent tried the make up itself yet. the lipsticks, comes with two sticks. these were both out of their container and stuck to the cover. i had to put my fingers on the lipsticks and put them back into the containers and so lost some of both sticks doing this instead of having them be used like on my lips. otherwise they would have had to be thrown away. ... show more
