If you’re a half size you may want round up to the whole size so you have room for foot movement during workout. I bought my size exact and wish I had bought bigger. These are comfortable and lightweight. My only issue is they run small on the length. I don’t find them narrow as some have mentioned. If you do have a wide foot I wouldn’t suggest these.
