Nike Free RN 5.0 2021 is the most recent leap forward in the evolution of the free model. Safe lacing is combined with the seamless design for a tight fit. The sole, lighter and closer to the ground, has a new motif with flexion carvings and a modified midsole that offers greater cunning without sacrificing the natural movement of the foot. The new lacing system offers foot stability during the race. The non -elastic material over the whole upper keeps the foot firm in position, while 3 pods in foam in the heel help to feel a greater adherence. The foam in the grove is more rigid, to increase sensitivity than the soil, guaranteeing you sufficient amortization to continue going, kilometer after kilometer. The holes favor the natural movement of the foot, while the double -edged areas at the ends increase their flexibility.

I was so excited to get this sneakers cos I’ve always liked the design and lwanted a pair. Imagine my surprise when I opened the box and found out it’s been worn. I dislike the fact that I paid for a new pair but got a used pair, it’s absolutely not okay. This is a rip off. The sneakers is okay, don’t even know if it’s the real thing but I like the way it fit. I just wish I got what I paid for. It’s very light weight and it’s definitely not true to size. I wear a size 7 but after reading the reviews I decided to get and 8 which is a perfect fit. love the design, color and fit. I have 2 different colors in this shoe so far and not hesitant to order a third. I wear them to gym but would also run in these shoes since I am flat footed and I find nikes work best for me as brooks and others hurt my arch. I am a true 8.5 but in nike free runs I always order 9 as they run smaller. Overall very satisfied with purchase only gripe is the price I got same shoe in different color on sale on nike app for under $80 ... show more

I got the men's Nike free run shoe and they are OK. OK is about it, they just didn't fit me that great and the durability was pretty low. The heel piece never stayed up on my heels at all. I got a hole in the back of the shoe very quick and the bottom treads tore apart in the first month. They do fit your feet and feel amazing tho. Quick on and off with minimal tying in between but the shoes pay the price. Had for three months and they were about ruined ( they were work 3 days a week). Overall I'd rate them a 5/10 ... show more
