The size actually fits correctly for me, from toe to heel. The issue is on the tongue, the stitching at the base of the tongue and stitching on the non-removable lock laces (the triangle bit closer to the toe) are painfully digging into the tops of my feet. The tongue is less flexible there as a result, coupled with the aggressive inner elastics pulling the tongue down on my feet. It is painful to walk in these shoes even with the laces removed. Really stupid design, considering the Nike price tag. See the photo of them on my feet (fitted without socks) and how much the tongue is stretching in that stitched area. It shipped with no box or paper stuffing whatsoever. It arrived with dirt on the soles and laces undone on one shoe. Size up if you must, as everyone else is recommending. I will be returning this and buying a different shoe. The design is really stupid - they could have avoided the unnecessary pain entirely if the inner elastics pulling the tongue down weren't aggressively tight and the stitching wasn't in that area.
