I have ran 700 miles in these bad boys on top of being my main shoes for the gym. They’re a little narrow for squatting/deadlifting but I’ve been fine, definitely makes me pay good attention to my form. Running on pavement, grass, etc is great, for trails however my feet can get sore for longer runs.
