I generally wear a M size but decided to order the S size and it was a wise choice. This short is a fleece-like material inside, a little warm, and snug in the small size for wearing them playing tennis- the small size gives a little support, and the stretch in the material is enough so that having 2 tennis balls in my pocket doesn't cause any binding restriction of movement. They are also good for just lounging around in - the two front pockets are generous and I can easily carry my keys, and phone without fear of them falling out. The back pocket is equally sized and the snap ensures that when I have my wallet with me it will remain secure. I have washed them before wearing and the shrinkage is minimal- the blend of material doesn't dry very quickly but even hang drying the fabric stays soft.

The shorts fit a bit looser than expected, but it’s still a very good value. I couldn’t find this pair of shorts for any cheaper than what it says on the tag, $35. Luckily they were $21 at the time of purchase here on Amazon. They fit a bit loose in the waist, but have drawstrings to tighten them. I typically wear a medium in shorts and they went to the knee. They do fit a bit looser and longer than most medium sized shorts I own, but they are very comfortable. If you are between 2 sizes, I would suggest choosing the smaller one if you don’t want them to be too loose. Overall, these shorts were a good deal for the price and are very comfortable.

Be careful with what soap you use. If soap touches directly and sits to long you won't be able to tell inside but in natural light you can see the difference. It almost looks like a highlight. (Tide febreeze outdoor sport)

These are great shorts, the material is soft and comfortable and can be worn around the house and our while running errands without looking sloppy. With that said, they are a bit large for the size. It might just be that I was looking for more of a slim fit, and these are more of a regular to relaxed fit. So if you are looking for something a bit more fitted, these might not be the shorts for you.
