I’ve been extremely impressed with the Nike Run Swift 3. From the moment I put them on, they felt comfortable, lightweight, and ready for anything. The cushioning provides a great balance between softness and responsiveness, making them ideal for daily walks, runs, or simply being on your feet for long periods of time. They offer excellent support without feeling bulky, which is something I really appreciate in a running shoe. One of the standout features is the fit. The shoe hugs the foot securely while still allowing enough room in the toe box for comfort. Whether I’m jogging around the neighborhood, running errands, or spending a full day on my feet, these shoes remain comfortable from start to finish. The breathable upper helps keep my feet cool, even during warmer weather or more intense workouts. The traction and stability are also impressive. I feel confident running on pavement, sidewalks, and other everyday surfaces. The outsole provides dependable grip, and the overall design gives a stable feel with every step. It’s a shoe that inspires confidence whether you’re a beginner runner or someone who enjoys regular exercise. Visually, the Nike Run Swift 3 has a clean, modern look that works well both as an athletic shoe and as casual everyday footwear. The sleek design and signature Nike styling make them versatile enough to wear with workout gear or casual clothes. I’ve received several compliments on how good they look. Perhaps the biggest compliment I can give these shoes is their value. They deliver comfort, support, durability, and style at a price point that makes them accessible to a wide range of people. Nike has done an excellent job creating a shoe that performs well without requiring a premium investment. Overall, the Nike Run Swift 3 is a fantastic choice for anyone looking for a reliable, comfortable, and stylish running shoe. They have exceeded my expectations in nearly every category, and I would highly recommend them to runners, walkers, and anyone seeking a dependable everyday athletic shoe. Five stars

Good shoes. Dont feel super durable if you plan on wearing them hard. They feel like they’d hold up fine to typical everyday use. They are comfortable and pretty good looking for the price. They feel very padded and the sizing is accurate. Overall not a great shoe, but very nice for a shoe in the lower price range.

Comfortable right out of the box with a smooth, stable ride—these have become my go-to daily trainers for road miles, gym sessions, and errands. - Fit & Comfort: True-to-size for me with a secure midfoot lock and roomy toe box. The padded heel collar holds the ankle without rubbing, and the tongue stays put. - Cushioning & Ride: Balanced cushioning that feels soft underfoot without being mushy. Enough responsiveness for tempo-ish efforts, yet forgiving for easy miles and long walks. - Upper & Breathability: Engineered mesh keeps airflow moving. No hot spots, even on warm days. Overlays add structure without making the shoe feel stiff. - Stability: Broad base and supportive midsole geometry provide confidence on turns and mild cambers. Great for neutral runners who like a touch of guidance. - Outsole Grip & Durability: The rubber coverage is generous—good traction on dry/wet pavement and light gravel. After several weeks, wear is minimal at the heel and forefoot. - Weight: Light enough to feel quick, substantial enough to inspire confidence on longer runs. - Versatility: Perfect as a daily trainer, treadmill shoe, or all-day comfort sneaker. Pairs well with orthotics or insoles if you need them. - Style: Clean, athletic look that works with casual outfits. Multiple colorways make it easy to match your kit. - Value: Delivers the comfort and reliability you expect from Nike at a fair price point. Sizing tip: If you’re between sizes, consider half-up for thicker socks or swelling on longer efforts. Bottom line: A cushioned, breathable, and durable daily runner that nails comfort and versatility. If you want one shoe to handle most of your road miles (and life outside the run), the Run Swift 3 is an easy 5/5.

I’ve been using the Nike Run Swift 3 for a while now, mostly for short runs, walking, and general daily wear, and I think it’s a pretty straightforward shoe with a clear purpose. It’s not trying to compete with premium running shoes, and honestly, that works in its favor. First thing I noticed was how lightweight it feels. It doesn’t have that bulky, over-engineered feel that some running shoes have now. The upper is breathable enough for warm weather, which matters a lot if you’re in a hot, humid place like Florida or anywhere similar. I’ve worn these on long walks and casual jogs, and my feet didn’t feel overly sweaty or suffocated. Comfort-wise, it’s decent, but not amazing. The cushioning is there, but it’s on the firmer side. If you’re used to plush, soft midsoles, this might feel a bit basic. That said, for short runs (3–5 miles) or everyday use, it does the job without issues. Here’s what stood out to me: Pros: Lightweight and easy to wear for long periods. Breathable upper, good for warm climates. Simple, clean design that works casually too. Affordable compared to higher-end running shoes. Good grip on pavement and standard road surfaces. Cons: Cushioning is a bit firm, not ideal for long-distance running. Not much arch support if you need extra stability. Feels basic—no standout tech or premium features. Sizing can feel slightly narrow for wider feet One thing I appreciated is the versatility. I didn’t just use these for running. They work well for: Walking during travel (airports, city exploring). Light workouts at the gym. Everyday errands where you’re on your feet a lot. They’re easy to throw on and don’t look overly “sporty,” so you don’t feel out of place wearing them casually. Durability seems okay so far. The outsole has held up well on pavement, and I haven’t noticed any major wear after regular use. The upper material also seems to keep its shape, though it’s not something I’d expect to last years of heavy running. In terms of value for money, this is where the shoe makes the most sense. You’re not paying for high-end foam or advanced running tech, but you’re getting a reliable, no-nonsense shoe that covers the basics well. If you’re a casual runner or just want something comfortable for everyday movement, it’s a fair deal. If you’re serious about running longer distances or want premium comfort, you’ll probably want to look higher up in Nike’s lineup. Overall, this feels like a practical, entry-level running shoe that’s best for light use rather than performance-focused training. It’s simple, functional, and reasonably priced.

I picked up the Nike Run Swift 3 as a lighter daily trainer after putting a lot of miles on shoes like the Brooks Ghost and Nike Free Run. After several runs, these have turned out to be a really solid everyday option. The first thing I noticed was how lightweight they feel compared to most cushioned trainers. They have enough cushioning for normal runs but still feel flexible enough for gym workouts or shorter, faster runs. The mesh upper breathes well and doesn’t trap heat, which makes a difference on longer runs. The fit is true to size for me and the heel feels secure without slipping. Traction on pavement and sidewalks has also been reliable even on slightly wet surfaces. Pros • Lightweight and flexible • Comfortable for both running and gym use • Breathable upper • Good value compared to many running shoes Cons • Cushioning is a bit firmer than max-cushion running shoes • Not designed for very long marathon training runs Overall these are a great choice if you want a lightweight daily trainer that can handle both running and workouts.

I saw these online and immediately liked the white on black design. It reminded me of shoes from the 80s and 90s, before all those weird colors and designs started catching on. I looked at the price and decided these were a good deal. Of course, buying footwear without trying it on first is a gamble because sizes and widths can vary so much. I rolled the dice on 11.5 standard width. The shoes arrived quickly and were packaged exactly as they would be from a brick-and-mortar store. Initial inspection revealed the product perfectly matched the advertisement, so the only thing left to do was slip them on. The fit is nearly perfect. The shoes comfortably hold my foot in place with just enough room at the toe to alleviate my claustrophobic toes. Walking around in them gives just a slight bounce in the step, but probably less than the Air products. The fit and movement during my rowing workout is excellent. The sole doesn't have an aggressive tread so slick surfaces could be tricky. These shoes are not warm. Wearing them in cold weather--such as what we have had this week--makes for some chilly feet. This isn't a problem for me necessarily, but it might be of importance to others. The only other negative is that the strings are short. This is a recurring problem with sneakers. Either the strings are so long that I have to double-knot them, or they are just barely long enough to tie them. I'm happy with the purchase. Normally, I don't buy big-name brand shoes, but this time I did. If you are looking for a great-looking pair of kicks for running, rowing, or just leisure wear, look no further than the Swift 3.
