"These sneakers give a great feeling on the feet! The look is fantastic; I really like that the Nike swoosh is incognito with the Black/Black-Dark Hazel colorway, and the light khaki sole makes the overall look less bright than a stark white would. I purchased these Nike Men's Run Defy Road Running Shoes for my husband’s birthday. The mesh on the upper adds breathability, keeping his feet cooler during activity. The foam mid-sole provides a soft, comfortable ride, and the flex grooves create a cushioned effect while running. For reference, his normal size is 11.5, however I ordered a size 12 which made the fit roomy and perfect. He really likes the shoes and mentioned that they feel both breathable and comfortable. The waffle outer sole is made of durable, flexible material that supports movement, and the added rubber on the sole provides traction and longevity. They feel great on his feet and have made his runs and daily walks much more comfortable. My husband is meticulous about keeping his shoes clean. He utilizes a toothbrush along with Dawn Extra-Strength Foaming Power-Wash dish liquid to maintain/clean them.

They are nice and air goes through them leaving my feet dry and comfortable. I wear normally a 9.5" size. Luckily I chose a size 11, they fit great.
