1. Scan the test sheet that comes with the labels and upload that image to your computer 2. Add that image to Canva as set it as the background of a 8.5x11 template 3. Create your labels OVER the image and then delete the background image 4. Download it from Canva as a PDF and Print from your PDF reader (setting the print size to ACTUAL) * I had to make one round of edits to my document in Canva by re-adding the background (scanned) image and moving my label images just slightly, using my misprinted labels as a guide. Now I have a template set in Canva that works and I won't need to do all those steps next time. ... show more

This is my first attempt at printing labels so it could just be me but I have been trying for two days with the free downloadable template to no avail. I have been using Canva but I guess I'm going to have to download a PDF editing software which was suggested by someone else in the Q and A section. I have bought iron on transfer paper before for making T-shirts and that was much easier to use as the editing software was available for free to use on the company's website. I know labels are a different kind of thing but it would be nice if they offered a similar service on their website instead of just a downloadable template you have to edit yourself and try to get to line up with the labels just right. ... show more

    • The template is zero help. The labels do not line up.

They would look nice if they could print correctly. I have tried several different programs, and nothing will make the print line up. The template doesn't work at all.
